Payment with maternity (family) capital
The school accepts certificate funds for tuition under supplementary professional education programs. Below is how to arrange it.
Who can pay for tuition with maternity capital
- · You are the holder of a maternity (family) capital certificate.
- · The child is under 25 at the start of studies (from age 3 for supplementary education).
- · The school holds an educational licence — No. Л035-01236-39/00734598 of 04.10.2023.
What to do

Sign a contract with the school
The contract is made out to the certificate holder as the customer and to the student. It will be needed for the application to the Social Fund (СФР).

Gather the documents
Passport, SNILS of the applicant and child, the certificate, birth certificate, and a statement on the use of funds. The school provides a copy of the licence and its bank details.

Submit the application to СФР
Via Gosuslugi, in person at a Social Fund office, or through an MFC.

Wait for the transfer
Usually from a few weeks to a month. Apply no later than a month before the payment date in the contract.

Receive confirmation
Once the funds arrive, the school will send a receipt to the address stated in the contract.
